This 1999 Kenworth log truck, driven by James Grove of Punxsutawney, simultaneously lost its brakes and steering while traveling north on Route 119 on Indiana Hill at 12:11 p.m. on Thursday.

According to Punxsutawney Borough Police, Grove entered the runaway truck ramp, and then the truck veered to the left and rolled over.

Police said Grove was not seriously injured but was transported to Punxsutawney Area Hospital by Jefferson County EMS for treatment of unknown injuries.

The truck, which is owned by Clifford Null of Reynoldsville, sustained heavy damage and was removed from the scene by Rebuck's South Side Service.

Police were assisted at the scene by members of the Punxsutawney Fire Department.
