Both children and adults enjoyed the 4th annual East End Trick-or-Treat event Saturday night. Noella Hartzfeld (left), 9, dressed up as a “Dizzy Lizzy” monster, while Nakoma Hartzfeld, 12, donned an “80s Girl” costume.

Their mother, Linda Hartzfeld, said the girls opted to hand out candy at their Mahoning Street residence this year instead of going trick-or-treating, which she thought was a fine idea.
