Tuesday, Punxsutawney Borough Council reorganized for 2012 and welcomed three new council members (front, from left): Toby Santik, Michele Lorenzo and Eric Story Sr. Incumbent council members are (back, from left) William Spencer; Larry Chenoga, new council president; Mayor James Wehrle; Mike Porada, new council vice-president; and Robert Reesman, who did not run for a seat but was appointed Tuesday to fulfill the unexpired term for former council President Susan Glessner, who resigned her seat in late December.
