Nancy J. Neale, 53, Punxsutawney, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born July 5, 1957, in New Martinsville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Albert and Lula (Slater) Summers.

Sept. 6, 1986, she married Jack E. Neale, who survives, of Punxsutawney.

Mrs. Neale loved reading and especially loved her cats.

She was a loving wife who will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two brothers, John Summers and wife Myrna of Brookville, and Bob Summers and wife "Beanie" of Mahaffey; a sister, Ruth Pagnello and husband Rocco of Sigel; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2011, at the McCabe Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

Interment is private.
