Mrs. Sally J. Cameron, 83

Mrs. Sally J. Cameron, 83, of Indian Lake Estates, Fla., died on Friday, June 7, 2013, at The Groves Center.

She was born on Aug. 21, 1929, in Punxsutawney, a daughter of Harold and Emily Altman, and moved to Indian Lake Estates in 1996 from Bridgewater, N.J.

She was a retired real estate broker.

Sally was a golfer and enjoyed playing bridge and taught it to many.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of Indian Lake United Methodist Church.

Sally is survived by her husband of 64 years, Kenneth Cameron; children Randy Cameron and wife Dorothy of Bedford, N.H., Patricia Perhach-Elliott and husband John of Palm Harbor, Fla., and Kenneth R. Cameron of Tucson, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a
brother, Jack Altman of Rossiter.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Norma; a sister; Ruth Huey, and a son-in-law, Peter.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013, at the Indian Lake United Methodist Church with the Rev. Stephen Knitter officiating.

A reception will follow.

Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home, Lake Wales, Fla.
