Mary L. Moyer, 96

Mary L. Moyer, 96, Doylestown, formerly of Rossiter, passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in Doylestown.

She was born June 24, 1915, in Bitumen, a daughter of the late Matthew and Mary (Krempasky) Pisarchik.

She married Frank J. Moyer, who preceded her in death March 6, 2007.
Mrs. Moyer was a member of the Church of the Resurrection in Rossiter. 
She loved quilting, cooking and sewing.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Daniel Moyer and wife Connie of Hightstown, N.J., and Robert Moyer and wife April of Dublin, Pa.; a daughter, Reba Sonnessa of California; two brothers, Joseph Pisarchik and wife Josephine and Bill Pisarchik and wife Margaret, all of Trenton, Mich.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son and daughter; a sister, Joan Moyer; two brothers, Emil Pisarchik and Steven Pisarchik; and two sisters, Sophia Kubinski and Katherine Matsko.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011, at the McCabe Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, at the Church of the Resurrection in Rossiter with the Very Reverend Lawrence Manchas as celebrant.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Rossiter.
