Mary D. Coblentz, 37, passed away Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, at DRMC West.

She was born Sept. 8, 1974.

She was married to John R. Coblentz, who survives.

In addition to her husband and parents, surviving relatives include four daughters, Amanda, Katie Ann, Fannie and Barbara; five sons, Marvin, Mahlon, Ervin, Daniel and Henry; and her brothers, sisters and many friends.

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at 2442 Canoe Ridge Rd., Rossiter.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenda D. Shumaker Funeral Home.
