Margaret G. Simpson, 89

Margaret G. Simpson, 89, Rossiter, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at The Village of Laurel Run, Fayetteville.

She was the daughter of the late Felix and and Carmella (Cataldo) Truance.

Mrs. Simpson was a lifelong resident of Rossiter and was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for more than 30 years.

She was a member of the Church of the Resurrection of Rossiter.

Surviving relatives include a son, Jack Simpson and wife Peggy of Fayetteville; a nephew, Frank Etherson of Cranberry; two great-nieces, Stacey Etherson of Monroeville, and Macy Etherson of Cumberland, Md.; and a great-nephew, Alex Etherson and wife Linda of Campinas, Brazil.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers, Carmen, Tony, Francis, Dominic, Carl and Louis Truance; and a sister, Mary Truance.

At her request, funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Resurrection, Rossiter.
