Lula P. Hetrick, 94, Dora, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Brookville Hospital.

She was born April 23, 1917, in Dora, Ringgold Township, Jefferson County, a daughter of the late Winfield and Edna Pearl (Reed) Mowrey.
She was a lifetime resident of Dora.

Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Joyce Reed and husband Elmer and Karen Henry and husband Russell, all of Punxsutawney; two grandchildren, Shawn Milliron and wife Patty of Punxsutawney, and Christine Brisebois and husband Keith of Arlington, Mass., a brother, Dean Bell of New Bethlehem; and two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Adam Milliron.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; a daughter, Louetta Milliron; two sisters, Erma Hetrick and Helen Lowman; and a brother, Harold Bell.

Friends will be received from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012, at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012, at the funeral home with Pastor Kenneth Alt officiating.

Interment will be at the Dora Evangelical Cemetery.
