It was a long-awaited ribbon cutting, but as of Friday, it's officially in the books.

A group of Punxsutawney citizens, borough officials and legislators helped with the cutting of the ribbon at the Primary Health Network’s new facility, located on Prushnok Drive in Punxsutawney. Pictured is Don Perry, president of the board of directors of Primary Health Network, cutting the ribbon with help from the group members.

For more from the ribbon cutting, see Saturday's print edition of The Spirit.
