One thing that is known to be associated with Groundhog Day is royalty. And the crownings began Wednesday, as The Punxsutawney Groundhog Club Inner Circle crowned Sam Powers (front, left) Groundhog King and Anna Mae Hiles (front, right) the Groundhog Queen for 2013 at Mulberry Square Wednesday, as voted by their fellow residents.
