JoAnn Elizabeth Ondrejcak, 66, formerly of Punxsutawney, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012, at Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

She was born July 27, 1945, in Johnstown, a daughter of the late Joseph and Christine (Marshall) Rhoades.

She was married to William Ondrejcak, who preceded her in death.

Surviving relatives include a brother, Marshall Ondrejcak of Nanty Glo; and five cousins, Betsy Bojalad of Punxsutawney, Barbara Shrecengost of Timblin, Louise DeVaughn of Smicksburg, Donna Eckman of Kittanning and William Shaffer of California.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home with Pastor Earl Flick officiating.

Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery in Johnstown.
