Janina H. Brewer, 92, Reynoldsville, died Sunday, June 3, 2012, at home.

She was born Dec. 9, 1919, in Elenora, a daughter of the late Fred and Mary (Killian) Wisneski.

Feb. 29, 1938, she married Raymond L. Brewer, who preceded her in death April 23, 1973.

Mrs. Brewer was a 1938 graduate of Reynoldsville High School.

She retired from Loree Footware in Big Run after 16 years of service.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Reynoldsville.

An avid card player, Mrs. Brewer loved gardening, yardwork, walking, painting, quilting and spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving relatives include a son, Fred Brewer and wife Mary of Reynoldsville; three daughters, Laudrea Frampton and husband John of Reynoldsville, Andrea Peace of Kramer and Marsha Pierce and husband Marion of Reynoldsville; 23 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Raymond L. Brewer Jr.; two granddaughters, March Ann Shick and Sandy Rae Frampton; a great-grandson, Shawn Allen Stewart; and two brothers, Raymond and Fred Wisneski.

There will be no public viewing.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church, Reynoldsville, with the Revs. Thomas Carr and Leo Cramer officiating.

Interment will be at the Desire Cemetery, Reynoldsville.
