Jane O. Baun, 82, Punxsutawney, went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born Oct. 2, 1931, a daughter of the late Alexander and Olga (Anderson) Campbell.
She was first married to John Milliron, Jr., who preceded her in death on July 15, 1976. She then married Elmer Baun, who survives, on Oct. 1, 1981.
Jane was a kind and gentle spirit, a true lady, as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside, who loved her family above all else. She will always be remembered for her kindness and generosity to everyone.
She was a superb cook and baker and a wonderful homemaker, and had a deep faith in her Lord.
Jane was a double transplant recipient who received an additional 21 years of life, which was a blessing to her family from God above.
She faced her multitude of infirmities with grace and courage and was an example of strength to all who knew her — always grateful, never complaining.
She loved flower gardening, bird watching, laughing and shopping and truly enjoyed life.
