Issue of downtown snow discussed by council

PUNXSUTAWNEY — Following a lengthy discussion at Monday's Punxsutawney Borough Council meeting, the members of council and a group of business owners agreed to meet and discuss the best way to handle snow removal throughout the business district in Punxsutawney.
