PUNXSUTAWNEY — It began with a creative idea, and with determination and ambition, one local man was able to bring to life. For Glen Campbell resident Michael Hughes, that idea was to write and publish a book.
Hughes has been writing stories for 15 years and said that he was about to be published by a publishing house when he discovered that he would probably lose his creative control over the novel.

For a full story on Hughes' journey to publication, see Tuesday's print edition of The Spirit.
