Captain Keith Jache, co-commander of the Salvation Army in Punxsy, is pictured with the corps’ canteen truck, which is used to respond to emergencies throughout the county.

The canteen truck is one of the ministries that is supported through the annual Harvest Radio Auction, which can be heard from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on 104.1 WPXZ.

Jache said the phone numbers to call for the auction on Saturday, beginning at 9 a.m., are 814-938-5530, 814-246-9880 and 814-938-9938.

A list of the auction items is also available on Page 9 of Thursday's edition of The Spirit.
