Helen Irvin Owens, 72

Helen Irvin Owens, 72, passed away peacefully on Aug. 6, 2012.

Helen is survived by her children, Jenipher (Charles) Hickman, Elizabeth (Chad) Larson and Stephen (Jennifer) Owens, as well as her brother, Charles Irvin.

She was also the proud grandmother of Benjamin and Will Hickman, Meredith, Katherine and Owen Larson, and John Owens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jenipher Irvin, as well as her sister-in-law Linda Irvin.

A private graveside ceremony will be held in Indiana, Pa.

The family would like to thank the staff at Medina Hospital, especially the pulmonary department.

The family would also like to express its deepest gratitude to the staff at the Hospice of Medina County for their guidance, support and kindness.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Waite & Son Funeral Home.
