PERRY TOWNSHIP — A Hamilton man was flown to a hospital following a two-vehicle accident that occurred at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday on St. Jacobs Church Road, Perry Township.

According to Punxsy-based Pennsylvania State Police, a 1995 Ford 9,000 coal truck driven by Richard E. Smith, 66, Brockway, was traveling south on St. Jacobs Church Road while a 1996 Ford Aspire, driven by Del S. Heitzenrater, 29, Hamilton, was traveling north.
