Germaine "Gerrie" Boschini Dubensky, 75

Germaine "Gerrie" Boschini Dubensky, 75, a resident of Toby Terrace in Brockway, died Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, at her residence.

She was born Nov. 4, 1936, in DuBois, a daughter of the late Louis and Adele (Kolash) Boschini.

She was a member at St. Tobias in Brockway.

Gerrie was a member of the S.O.I Club in Brockway and the Eagles Club in Falls Creek.

She was a past member of the Jefferson County Democratic Committee.

She also enjoyed swimming, walking, being outdoors and going to camp.

She was a Mary Kay Cosmetic consultant.

Surviving relatives include a daughter, Beatrice (Charles) Ishman of Punxsutawney; three sons, Louie (Becky) Dubensky of Punxsutawney; Harold (Tracy) Dubensky Jr. of Lancaster County, and Bill Dubensky of Fredricksburg, Va.; two brothers, William (Mary Alice) Boschini of St. Charles, Ill., and Peter Boschini of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Louise Berdis of Harbor Creek, Pa., and Marianne (Andy) Hunter of Mt. Vernon, Wash.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; her companion, Jim Patton of Brockway; and Harold Dubensky Sr. of Punxsutawney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Jessica Baker.

There will be no public visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at St. Tobias Church in Brockway with Msgr. Charles Kaza officiating.

Interment will be at St. Tobias Cemetery in Brockway.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hahne Cancer Center; the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition; or the charity of the donor's choice.
