Georgieann Gaston, 64, Punxsutawney, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011, at her home.
Mrs. Gaston was born Feb. 19, 1947, in Punxsutawney, a daughter of the late George and Eleanor (Barnoff) Stamler.
She was married to Shawn B. Gaston, who survives, of Punxsutawney.
In addition to her husband, surviving relatives include a son, Greg Gaston and wife Jennifer of Punxsutawney; a daughter, Breia Heferle and husband Ely of Marienville; four grandchildren, Trenton Gaston, Elia Gaston, Willa Heferle and Vera Heferle; a sister, Molly Jo Smelko and husband Timothy of Punxsutawney; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Hancock.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at McCabe Funeral Home in Punxsutawney.
A funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at the funeral home with Pastor Joe Spack officiating.
Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cloe.
