Garden Club’s annual plant sale comes to town Monday

The Groundhog Festival has arrived, and as many prepare for festivities, the Punxsutawney Garden Club will be holding its Annual Plant Sale from Monday through Saturday.

This year, the club will have plants for sale, but will also have garden-related “trash and treasure items.”

The Annual Plant Sale/Trash and Treasure Sale will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; noon to 7 p.m. on Tuesday; and noon to 2 p.m. next Saturday.

The sale will be closed on Thursday, July 4, so members can spend time with their families and loved ones.

All proceeds from the sale will support the nine beautification projects throughout town.
