Fred E. Bell Jr., 67

July 26, 2013

Fred E. Bell Jr., 67, went home to be with the Lord after a four-year battle with cancer.

Born to Fred E. Bell Sr. and Mary Alice Bell on Jan. 10, 1946, he spent most of his childhood in Punxsutawney and Pittsburgh.

He met his wife, Kathy, in Pittsburgh, and they were married Dec. 2, 1973.

In 1978, the couple moved to Mansfield, Ohio, where Fred worked for General Motors for 29 years and retired July 1, 2006.

Fred and Kathy retired to Arizona in 2010.

He was an avid hunter, could fix almost anything, enjoyed helping his friends and never expected anything in return.

He was most notably a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and
friend.

Surviving relatives include three beautiful daughters, Philomena Such, Roberta Coulter and husband Larry Coulter and Jamie Johnson; four sisters, Gerrie Siverling, Marjorie Duddy, Woneta Zizak and Gloria Eles; his wonderful grandchildren, Danielle Trank, Joshua Such, Brandon Sable, Sierra and Alexis Bell, Brooke, Ke-Aura, Gage and Gabby Johnson and Cierra and Logan Frampton; and numerous great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by three brothers.

He will be missed.

A celebration of life was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Diamond Hill Cathedral Church, 500 Tingley Ave., Mansfield, Ohio.
