FOURTH GRADERS CROWNED DERRY CHAMPS

Several local fourth-grade girls from Punxsutawney area recently participated in the Derry Tournament Feb. 24-27. The fourth graders won the championship, defeating many solid teams, including some from the Pittsburgh area. Individual trophies and a team trophy were awarded to the girls. Pictured here with their trophies are (front, from left) Ryley Casaday, Elizabeth Stello, Allison Doverspike, Murphy White, Katelyn Griebel, Abby Gigliotti, Sarah Weaver; (back) coach Brad Gigliotti, Taegan Ludwig, Laney Monroe and coach Robb Nesbitt.
