Film director Spike Lee visits Clarion University as part of cultural series

CLARION — Acclaimed film director Spike Lee delivered a presentation at Clarion University of Pennsylvania on Wednesday as part of the Mary L. Seifert Cultural Series Endowment of the Clarion University Foundation, Inc., established to provide the community with thought-provoking and
discussion-starting cultural experiences.

Lee is the award-winning, two-time Oscar-nominated director of such films as “Do the Right Thing” and “Malcolm X.” He has also worked as a producer, a writer and, occasionally, an actor.
