SUSAN BUCHHEIT

(Editor’s note: This piece is one in a series of “Familiar Faces Friday” features to be written by Spirit reporter Destiny Pifer. The point of the project will be to highlight a member of the community who may be recognizable to many and tell his or her story. Today’s familiar face is Susan Buchheit.)

PUNXSUTAWNEY — When it comes to recognizable faces, Susan Buchheit is one you may certainly know.

You may recognize her from the First Church of God, where she and her husband trained to be Stephen's Ministers, or from the Pennsylvania State Police Barracks, where she works as a clerk typist 3.

Born and raised on the outskirts of Punxsutawney, Buchheit is a 1971 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School.

Read all about Susan in Friday's edition of The Spirit.
