PUNXSUTAWNEY — If you pass by Fezell’s County Market or pay a visit to the Punxsutawney Area Hospital, you might just recognize this week’s familiar face — Heather Hicks.

You may recognize her smile when she is working as a cashier at the grocery story, or, perhaps, she has helped you at the outpatient registration area at the hospital.
