PUNXSUTAWNEY — Bobbie States is a familiar face. You may recognize her as the youth pastor at the First Assembly of God. Or perhaps, you have seen her helping and volunteering in the community.

Born and raised in Brighton Heights, Pittsburgh, she is a 1995 graduate of North Hills High School.
