PUNXSUTAWNEY— Kelly Skarbek is a familiar face. You may recognize her as a speech therapist who works in the Punxsutawney Area School District with children who have special needs. Or perhaps you have seen her throughout the community.

Born in Kittanning and raised in Punxsutawney, she is a 1993 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School.
