Edward W. Johnson

November 29, 2010

In memory of Edward W. Johnson, son of Robina Johnson Fairbanks, of Horseheads, N.Y., formerly of Punxsutawney, who passed away Oct. 25, 2010, in his home with his family around him after a long illness.

His wife, Audrey, and four children survive him: Edward Johnson Jr. of Cedar Point, Ill., Richard of Andover, N.Y., Nancy Peterson of Mountaintop, and Timothy of Horseheads; a brother and sister-in-law, Arnie and Vonette Fairbanks of Punxsutawney; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Oct. 30, 2010, at the Haughy Funeral Home in Corning, N.Y.

We will miss him greatly and ask that anyone desiring to contribute to a charity may send it to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, Columbia Office, 710 West 168th St., New York, N.Y. 10032; or Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E. Corning Rd., Corning, N.Y. 14830.

We wish to thank everyone for all their cards and letters in our time of grief.
