Dorothy A. Miglicio, 85, of York, Pa., and formerly of Warren, Pa., died May 5, 2013, at 7:05 a.m. at Manor Care Health Services in Dallastown, Pa., York County.

Dorothy was the spouse of the late Francis A. Miglicio, who died in 2008.
She was born Aug. 21, 1927, in Punxsutawney, the daughter of the late Frank and Dora (Kaylor) Handyside.

Dorothy was a retired cashier for the Baltimore Life Insurance Co. in Warren, and she retired in 1988 after 30 years of service.

She was a 1945 graduate of Punxsutawney High School.

Dorothy is survived by a son, Mark V. Miglicio and companion Nancy Lanocka of York, Pa.; a sister, Jean Handyside of Meadville; and a nephew, James Handyside of Punxsutawney.

Following cremation, a private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
