Darlene De Voe Fairman, 72

Darlene De Voe Fairman, 72, of Hamilton, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, in Hospice of Hamilton in Hamilton, Ohio.

She was born in Punxsutawney on April 12, 1940, the daughter of Darrell and Ruth (DeVoe) Burns. She married Raymond Fairman on Feb. 10, 1962, in Dallas, Texas, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 4, 2012.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church (Hamilton, Ohio), where she had been active and chairwoman of many committees.

She is survived by two sons, Brian L. Fairman and Michael R. Fairman, both of Hamilton; and a sister, Georgann Kubiak of San Antonio, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd, Hamilton, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 1200 Main Street, Hamilton, Ohio, with Rev. J. C. Collins officiating.

Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
