PUNXSUTAWNEY — Punxsutawney Borough Council voted to implement the code of ethics and have a GPS tracking program for police and public works vehicles installed on Borough Manager Ben White's computer.

Up until now, the GPS tracking program was only available to be
viewed on Punxsutawney Borough Police Chief Tom Fedigan's computer.

Eric Story, council member, said under old business, that the GPS discussion regarding allowing the program to be on the manager’s computer, which had been tabled at the July borough council meeting, was supposed be discussed again at Monday's meeting.

"It is going to be brought up again tonight," he said. "We discussed this issue long before purchasing these items in February."
