Council continues FEMA discussion; Conrad added to full-time force

At Monday’s meeting, Punxsutawney Borough Council President Larry Chenoga (left) welcomed Punxsutawney Borough Police Officer Matt Conrad to the force full time, as Conrad has completed his probation period.
