Cheryl D. Engle, 57, Punxsutawney, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at home.
She was born Aug. 3, 1953, in Princeton, W. Va., the daughter of the late Robert Davis and Janice McKenzie, and step-father Lake McKenzie.
Mrs. Engle is survived by two daughters, Tabatha Grusky and husband Garry Jr. of Punxsutawney and Jennifer Sasser and husband Ben of N.C.; two brothers, Robert Davis and wife Marie of W. Va. and Lake McKenzie III and wife Selena of W. Va.; three granchildren, Isaiah Robinson of N.C., and Taylor Grusky and Jaydon Grusky, both of Punxsutawney; and a son-in-law, Eric Robinson of N.C.
In addition to her parents and step-father, Mrs. Engle was preceded in death by a grandchild, Elijah Sasser; and a brother, Kerry Davis
A private memorial service was held Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, at the First Church of God in Punxsutawney.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
