Girls' Tennis: Lauren Wolfe & Amber Ward

Girls' Volleyball: Chelsea Engeholm and Sydney Weaver

Boys' Cross Country: Nate Ward and Bo Dinger

Football: Garrett Zimmerman and Jamie Bush

Boys' Golf: Brandon Mancuso and Mike Blose

Boys' Soccer: Trevor Peace and Mike Pascuzzo
