Weather-wise, the conditions for the opening day of buck season weren’t exactly ideal, but that didn’t stop Dustin Brooks (left) from successfully harvesting this 10-point, 150-pound buck at 7:38 a.m. Monday at the BB Ranch, Gaskill Township. Helping display the deer is his two-year-old daughter, Brielle Brooks (right). For more success stories from the first day of buck season, pick up today's edition of The Punxsutawney Spirit.
