BIG RUN VFW COMMEMORATES LOYALTY DAY AT WAR MEMORIAL

At Big Run VFW Post 9044's commemoration of Loyalty Day on Sunday, World War II veteran Wally Hurd (left) was surprised with a check for $250 from local Wendy's restaurants to finance his trip back to Normandy this year.
