Bartlebaugh “hangs ‘em up” after 34 years

Following 34 years of service to the community, Punxsutawney Borough Public Works employee Olin Bartlebaugh (seated) retired on Wednesday. Pictured (middle, from left) are J.R. Overly, Ken Bishop, Scott Depp, Ken Krolick and Jim Phillips, Public Works employees; and (back) Bill Shiock, Public Works employee. Bartlebaugh received numerous farewell gifts, along with a pizza and cake reception. Bartlebaugh was normally seen taking care of the grounds and inside of the Mahoning East Civic Center.
