⢠Halloween Parade, 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, with trick-or-treating to follow until 9 p.m.
The parade will form at 5:30 p.m. by Napa Auto Parts on Union Street.
The parade route will lead to Barclay Square, where the costumes will be judged and the participants will receive a treat from the firefighters.
Police, the fire department and REACT will be on hand for assistance.
⢠Michelle âBooâ Lorenzo, Punxsutawney resident, will hold her annual Halloween celebration that will take place in the East End of Punxsutawney from 6 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, with her traditional haunted house and treat bags being given out.
All area children are invited to attend that event as well.

Trick-or-treaters are permitted to only go to houses with their porch lights on.
BIG RUN
⢠6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
Trick-or-treaters will only be permitted to go to houses that have their porch lights on.
McCALMONT TOWNSHIP
⢠6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
The volunteer fire department will be on patrol for the safety of the children.
PERRY TOWNSHIP
⢠6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
The Perry Township Volunteer Fire Company would like to invite anyone interested to come out on Oct. 31 between 6 and 8 p.m. to trick-or-treat or to help with trick-or-treaters.
