Anna Mary Territo, 83

Anna Mary Territo, 83, Anita, passed away Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, at Punxsutawney Area Hospital.

Mrs. Territo was born Sept. 24, 1927, the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Dominic) Gileot.
She was married to Paul J. Territo, who preceded her in death July 31, 2001.

She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Anita; the Catholic Daughters of America; St. Joseph Rosary Society; Princess Marie Lodge; and the McCalmont Township Fire Company Auxiliary.

Surviving relatives include a son, Joseph Territo and wife Jenness of Plainfield, N.J.; three brothers, Pat A. Gileot and wife Beverly of Moon Township, Gerald A. Gileot and wife Carol of Clinton, and Paul Gileot of Anita; and an adopted brother, Kenneth Kirkpatrick of Anita.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant brother.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Anita, with the Rev. Msgr. Joseph J. Riccardo officiating.

Interment will be in the Adrian-Anita Roman Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials in Mrs. Territo’s memory may be made to the McCalmont Township Volunteer Fire Company.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
