BROOKVILLE — Some of the toughest competition from around western Pennsylvania gathered in Brookville for the Deman's Team Sports Brookville Invitational Saturday.

Punxsutawney's boys track team put its best foot forward and came up with some good performances against the steep competition.

"As coaches, our staff was very pleased to see so many kids get their personal bests for the season or at least turn in a solid effort," Punxsy head coach John Smith said.

The top winners for the Lady Chucks were Kirsten Dean and Juliann Boddorf.
