PUNXSUTAWNEY — Alli Ishman was on point all game long, and the Punxsy Little League softball All-Stars cruised to a tournament-opening 15-0 victory in four innings over Brockway Thursday night at Harry Noerr Field in Punxsutawney.

Ishman was dominant, striking out the first five batters she faced and throwing a one-hitter. Ishman was one out away from a no-hitter when Anndi Bartlett hit a liner in the hole that glanced off a reaching Punxsy third baseman Brayden Woodrow. Ishman then retired Savannah Terwilliger to end the game.
