The Punxsy softball team held its annual banquet Sunday at the Eagles Club. 1. I'm sure Nick Gillung, Mercyhurst College and Punxsy baseball fans are disappointed that the Lakers fell two victories shy of reaching the NCAA Division II Championship. At least he finished his collegiate career with one of his finest games last Friday — seven innings, three hits, no earned runs and 14 strikeouts.
