Both the Punxsutawney Chucks and the Brookville Raiders alumni teams honored their most valuable players Nov. 5 after the Route 36 Rivalry alumni game. Eric Painter (left) was given the award for the Raiders as he led the defensive core and served as a captain for Brookville. Bret Rankin (right) was named the MVP for the Chucks; Rankin was called an "animal" on defense by Chucks head coach Tim Zimmerman.
