Young runs over Bulldogs; Chucks win 12-8

October 12, 2011

PUNXSUTAWNEY — Kaleb Young rushed for 252 yards, and Punxsy's defense held Redbank Valley scoreless until the last minute of the game to lead the Chucks to a 12-8 win and a 5-0 record for the season.

Because it was raining throughout the evening, Punxsy's hand was forced when it came to running the ball, but it became obvious early that a heavy dose of Young would be difficult for Redbank's defense to handle.
