Daniel B. Grube, 77, Punxsutawney, formerly of Rossiter, died Thursday, March 31, 2011, at Mulberry Square Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born May 26, 1933, in Punxsutawney, the son of the late Charles and Vada (Greene) Grube.
In January 1952, he married Mary Belle McCullough, who preceded him in death June 17, 2008.
Mr. Grube loved traveling with his motor home. He enjoyed tinkering in his garage and spending time with his animals. He was always there for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a proud graduate of Vale Tech.
Lindy C. Lydic, 33, Kane, died Thursday, March 31, 2011, due to injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was born Jan. 26, 1978, in Rochester, N.Y., a daughter of John and Beth (Pearce) Cooper, who survive.
Ms. Lydic performed her master's degree work online and her undergraduate work at Niagara University. She was employed as a business education teacher at the Sheffield Area Middle School.
She was an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Lloyd G. Williams, 96, Johnstown, formerly of Punxsutawney, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at Arbutus Park Manor, Johnstown.
He was born Nov. 2, 1914, in Spangler, a son of George S. and Bertha (Breth) Williams.
Nov. 5, 1939, he married Lucille E. Worrell, who preceded him in death Nov. 24, 1994.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II in Southeast Asia Theatre.
Mr. Williams was a member of St. Davidâs Evangelical Lutheran Church of Davidsville, as well as the Punxsutawney B.P.O. Elks No. 301, the American Legion and the VFW.
March 30th
Hilton George Conrad, 73, Rossiter, died Friday, March 25, 2011, at Mulberry Square Elder Care & Rehabilitation Center, Punxsutawney.
He was born Feb. 4, 1938, a son of the late George and Martha (Miller) Conrad.
Mr. Conrad was married to Shirley (Travis) Conrad, who survives, of Rossiter.
He was a laborer.
In addition to his wife, surviving relatives include a son, George Conrad and wife Melody of Rossiter; two grandchildren, Rick and Raymond Dubose; and seven great-grandchildren.
Vivien E. Spangler, 88, Estero, Fla., formerly of Ohl, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at JoAnn's House Hospice in Bonita Springs, Fla.
Born Jan. 24, 1923, in Cadiz, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Chanley V. and Ethel E. (Smith) Carrier.
Feb. 28, 1944, in Erie, she married George Willis Spangler, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Spangler was a 1940 graduate of Summerville High School in Summerville. She was employed at the Sylvania Factory in Brookville, at Jefferson Manor in Brookville, and she also did housework for others in the area.

Robert âBobâ Reginald Hamilton, 79, of Pineville, Mo., died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at his home.
He was born April 26, 1931, in Punxsutawney, a son of the late Robert and Nell (McDevitt) Hamilton.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict.
Oct. 19, 1985, he married Dorothy Sundberg, in St. Paul, Minn., who survives. They moved to Pineville 24 years ago from St. Paul.
Larry A. Kuntz, 63, Orlando, Fla., died Thursday, March 24, 2011, of heart failure.
He was born Aug. 18, 1947, in the Adrian Hospital, Punxsutawney, a son of the late Chester T. and Erna (Snyder) Kuntz.
A 1965 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School, Mr. Kuntz earned his bachelorâs degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1969.
He worked as a art teacher in the Fox Chapel School District in Pittsburgh. Later, his many talents led him to various occupations, where he worked in Williamsburg, Va., and Orlando.
Robert (Bob) Lee Newhouse, 64, Corsica, died Monday, March 28, 2011, at his home surrounded by loved ones, following a long, hard-fought battle with heart failure.
He was born Nov. 2, 1946, in Brookville, a son of the late Harry J. Newhouse and Naomi Newhouse Rhoades of Corsica.
He was married to Frances (Enterline) Newhouse, who preceded him in death in 1995.
Mr. Newhouse proudly served his country in the U. S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran.
Goldie H. Park, 76, Brookville, died Monday, March 28, 2011, at DRMCÂ DuBois.
She was born May 9, 1934, in Ringgold, a daughter of the late Russell and Alta T. (Reitz) Himes.
March 7, 1953, in Langville, she married George O. Park, who preceded her in death Sept. 17, 2009.
Mrs. Park was a patient assistant at the offices of Dr. Charles Kutz and Dr. Mark McKinley in Brookville.
She was a member of the Brookville First United Methodist Church and was active in church affairs, as well as with the Laurelbrooke Landing Auxillary of Brookville.
