Mercie Rae Wolfe, 37

Mercie Rae Wolfe, 37, of DuBois, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 2, 1974, the daughter of Robert and Faithe (Copello) Brown, both of whom survive.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her parents; a daughter, Sirena M. Schachtner of Big Run; and a sister, Margaret Schachtner of Virginia.

Friends will be received at the Richard L. Fait Funeral home on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Kenneth Alt will be held on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at 8 p.m at the funeral home.

Randall J. "Buzzy" Buzard, 48

Randall J. "Buzzy" Buzard, 48, Brookville, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born Sept. 21, 1964, in Brookville, he was the son of the late Donald J. Buzard and Linda F. Powell, who survives.

He worked as a crew leader and office manager for Plyler's At Your Service, Inc. of Brookville, and formerly worked at Morey's Beverage of Brookville. Randall was a member of the FOE No. 983 in Brookville.

Karen L. McKain, 61

Karen L. McKain, 61, of Smicksburg, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at UPMC Shadyside.

Ms. McKain was born May 28, 1951, in Punxsutawney. She is survived by her parents, Robert V. Stiteler and Natalie A. (Niel) Stiteler of Smicksburg.

Karen was a 20-year veteran of the US Air Force, retiring as a Staff Sergeant.

She was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Smicksburg. Her hobbies were gardening, reading, crocheting, shopping and collecting shells on the beach.
