Josephine Beyo, 92

Josephine Beyo, 92, Punxsutawney, died Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Wellington Heights.

She was born Oct. 27, 1918, in Rossiter, the daughter of the late Nicola and Bisolina (DelPrincipe) Finamore.

In August 1953, she married Michael B. Beyo, who preceded her in death.
Although born in Rossiter, Mrs. Beyo was raised in Pescasseroli, Italy. She returned to the United States in 1939.

Mrs. Beyo was a seamstress at Pramco in Punxsutawney. She was also the co-owner of Beyo's Keystone Service Station in Punxsutawney.
