Elizabeth M. Daughenbaugh, 91, Frostburg, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at Mulberry Square & Elder Care Rehabilitation Center, Punxsutawney
She was born Feb. 26, 1920, in Frostburg, a daughter of the late Clyde and Minnie (Newbold) Means.

Feb. 12, 1944, she married Walter G. Daughenbaugh, who preceded her in death Dec. 20, 2007.

Mrs. Daughenbaugh spent the early years of her married life in Monument, before moving to Punxsutawney in 1949.

Bernard D. Kunselman, 83

Bernard D. Kunselman, 83, Hamilton, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at Laurelbrooke Landing, Brookville.

He was born Sept. 16, 1928, in Punxsutawney, a son of the late Oral and Edna (Black) Kunselman.

June 27, 1953, he married Isabella Packer, who preceded him in death March 6, 2007.

Mr. Kunselman was a member of the Hamilton United Methodist Church.
He was also a member of the Perry Township Sportsmen's Club.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Kunselman was a former employee of Burkhardt's Plumbing & Heating and Punxsy Hardware. He was retired from the Marion Center School District.

Alfred “Bus” Spangler, 85

Alfred “Bus” Spangler, 85, Brookville, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

He was born Dec.13, 1925, in Ohl, Jefferson County, a son of the late Haven and Maggie (Smith) Spangler.

July 1, 1971, in Shannondale, he married Dorothy J. Hetrick, who survives.
Mr. Spangler was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church, the American Legion Post 102 and VFW Post 204, all of Brookville.

He was a laborer at Glen Gery Brick Plant (the former Hanley Brick Plant) in Summerville.
